Return Policy

We want you happy with what you decided to spend your hard-earned money on. If you don't like what you received, please figure it out before wearing, washing or rolling in cat hair, etc. If it's still in new condition, we'll gladly accept it back within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning food or beer, purchased in-store or online.

How do I process a return or exchange?

To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and print the Stone Return Form here.
  2. Fill out the form completely and include inside your return package.
  3. Send the items to the following address:

In the event your pints or specialty glass arrive broken, please do not send us your broken glass! Please send an email to and we'll make sure you're set up with a replacement.

How do I place an online order?

To place an order, simply click on the purchase item and select a size and quantity. Click the ADD TO CART button.  To change the quantity of an item, simply enter or choose the desired quantity in the corresponding quantity field and click the UPDATE BASKET button. To delete an item, simply set its quantity to zero and click the UPDATE BASKET button. When you are satisfied with the contents of your order, click the GO TO CHECKOUT button.

If you are a returning Stone customer, please enter your username and password. If you are a new customer, you will need to set up your account information.  Enter your contact information and set up a username and password. Once your account information has been processed, a confirmation message will appear. Proceed to the right side of the screen where the contents of the cart are displayed.


You can change the SHIP TO address if it is different from the BILL TO address. Simply click the grey CHANGE ADDRESS button and update the shipping address. You will then choose a shipping option and continue to the payment page. When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

We proudly offer UPS and USPS to give you a wide array of choices and pricing options. Gift cards are shipped free of charge via USPS. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2-Day Air. In the event your order is lost or un-delivered, please contact us at or (760) 294-7899 x 1620

Package beer in California is shipped via UPS and the recipient must show valid ID that they are 21 or above.

We now offer more shipping options and at the best pricing we can get for being a brewery and non-Internet giant. Our goods are picked and packed by a real life member of Team Stone in Escondido, not at a fulfillment house in Kentucky, so our costs are actual to the service provided by the carrier. We DO NOT add any handling fees or surcharges. It is what it is, but... you can pay less for the same service when you "Ship To" a bona fide business address using UPS. You’ll be the envy of your co-workers. Not only for the amazing gear, but for having the smarts to ship to where you spend most of your day.

If purchasing beer in California, the cost to ship four bottles is roughly the same as shipping one. And best of all, shipments within California are speedy (1-2 days) for orders placed Monday thru Wednesday.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive:

Most orders ship within 24 hours except for orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend, which will be packed up on Monday. Ground shipments usually take no more than five working days to reach their destination anywhere in the continental U.S. The closer you are to us, the quicker your order will get to you. Keep in mind that our shippers recognize most federal holidays so don't count those in the transit time. Natural disasters will also delay delivery, but you already knew that. If your order has not reached you in seven working days please contact us at to check on the shipment status.  We will do our best to notify you quickly of any problems we have processing your order so please check your email before contacting us.

Before contacting us, please check your “junk” email folder for a tracking email from either UPS or USPS, depending on which method you chose. If you received an order confirmation but your order is not showing up in your online order history, that is good means your order already shipped!  If you still have questions, contact:
