We ship packaged Stone beer to California only. If you don’t reside in the Golden State, find our beers near you with the amazing Stone Beer Finder.
We want you to be happy with what you decided to spend your hard-earned money on. If you don't like what you received, please figure it out before wearing, washing or rolling in cat hair, etc. If it's still in new condition, we'll gladly accept it back for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning food or beer, purchased in store or online.
To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:
  1. Download and print the Stone Return Form here
  2. Fill out the form completely and include inside your return package.
  3. Ship your return items via your preferred method to the following address:

We offer 3 different merch shipping options via UPS or USPS:
  • Standard Ground (3-5 business days, not including order processing time): $6.99 flat rate, $8.99 for orders weighing more than 4lbs
  • 2nd Business Day: $34 flat rate
  • Next Business Day: $54 flat rate
US Orders $49+ and Gift Cards ship standard ground free of charge

Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2-Day Air.

Packaged beer in California is shipped via UPS and the recipient must show valid ID that they are 21 or above. Shipments within California are speedy (1-2 days) for orders placed Monday thru Wednesday.

  • Next Business Day: $54.99 flat rate
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you directly from UPS or USPS with tracking information. In the event your order is lost or un-delivered, please contact us at stone.store@stonebrewing.com
Stone proudly ships to over 40 Countries. Shipping costs will be determined by the weight of the package and the country you are shipping to. Your order may be subject to customs fees and import duties/taxes imposed by the import country. These fees are not collected at the time of ordering and you are responsible for these charges. If the order is refused, you will remain responsible for the cost of your order and shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Most orders ship within 24 hours except for orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday or over the weekend, which will be processed on Monday. Ground shipments usually takes 3- 5 business days to reach their destination anywhere in the continental U.S. The closer you are to us in California, the quicker your order will get to you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email directly from UPS or USPS with tracking information – please check your Spam if you haven’t received this! If your order has not reached you in 7 business days, please contact stone.store@stonebrewing.com to check on the status.  We will do our best to notify you quickly of any problems we have processing your order, so please check your email before contacting us.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your online order. You will not be able to review or change your order online once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at stone.store@stonebrewing.com within 24-hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

If you're logged in, you can find your order history by going to My Account and clicking on the past orders tab. You may need to wait 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
In the event your pints or specialty glass arrive broken, please email us at stone.store@stonebrewing.com to send a replacement. Please do not send us your broken glass!
