We ship packaged Stone beer to California only. If you don’t reside in the Golden State, find our beers near you with the amazing Stone Beer Finder.
We want you to be happy with what you decided to spend your hard-earned money on. If you don't like what you received, please figure it out before wearing, washing or rolling in cat hair, etc. If it's still in new condition, we'll gladly accept it back for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning food or beer, purchased in store or online.
To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Fill out the form completely and include inside your return package.

We offer 3 different shipping options for merchandise via UPS or USPS:
  • Standard Ground in Continental US (3-5 business days, not including order processing time): $7 or free for orders of $20 or more.
  • Standard Ground to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $7 flat rate
  • 2nd Business Day: $34 flat rate
  • Next Business Day: $54 flat rate
Packaged beer in California is shipped via UPS and the recipient must show valid ID that they are 21 or older. Shipments within California are speedy (1-2 days) for orders placed Monday thru Thursday.
  • Standard Ground (3-5 business days, not including order processing time): $10 flat rate

Stone proudly ships to over 40 Countries via UPS International Expedited or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping times vary by country, but are typically 4-10 business days, not including order processing time.

International Shipping costs range from $25-$45 depending on location, including any duties & taxes. Cost will be populated once you enter your shipping address. 
Most orders ship within 48-hours, except for orders placed after 12pm PT on Friday, or over the weekend which will be processed on Monday. Orders placed over a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Ground shipments usually takes 3- 5 business days to reach their destination anywhere in the continental U.S. The closer you are to us in California, the quicker your order will get to you.

Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be available in your online account, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email directly from UPS or USPS with tracking information. Please check your Spam if you haven’t received this! If your order has not reached you in 7 business days, please contact to check on the status.  We will do our best to notify you quickly of any problems we have processing your order, so please check your email before contacting us.
When you purchase an eGift card, the gift card redemption email will be sent to your recipient within 15 minutes of completing purchase.  If you chose to schedule your eGift card for a date in the future, it will be emailed to your recipient at approx. 12:15 AM PST on the  date selected.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your online order. You will not be able to review or change your order online once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at 24-hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

If you created an Account, you can find your order history by going to My Account and clicking on the past orders tab. You may need to wait 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
In the event your pints or specialty glass arrive broken, please email us at to send a replacement. Please do not send us your broken glass!
