HOW CAN I ORDER BEER ONLINE?

We ship packaged Stone Brewing beer to California, Virginia*, Ohio, and Washington D.C.* residents for flat shipping fee (see further details below). Visit our Beer Collection for current selection available!

If you don’t reside in either of these two states, find our beers near you with the amazing Stone Beer Finder.

* We’re excited to announce that we can now ship beer to our fans in Virginia and  Washington D.C.! In order to get VA and D.C. fans beer, we have to follow some regional specific restrictions:

  • D.C. residents are only allowed 1 case of beer per calendar month
    • 1 case = 12 x 22oz bottles; 24 x 12/16oz cans (sold in 4 and 6 pks)
  • VA residents are only allowed 2 cases of beer per calendar month
    • 2 case = 24 x 22oz bottles; 48 x 12/16oz cans (sold in 4 and 6 pks)
  • If an order is placed that exceeds this monthly limit, it will be cancelled and our Fan Support team will reach out to explain.
  • It’s nothing personal! We would love to send you an unlimited amount of beer, but we must follow the rules.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with what you decided to spend your hard-earned money on. If you don't like what you received, please figure it out before wearing, washing or rolling in cat hair, etc. If it's still in new condition, we'll gladly accept it back for a full refund to your original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning food or beer, purchased in store or online.
If you would like to report an issue with beer found at a local store, please use Contact Stone and fill out the form "Report Expired Beer" or "Report a Problem".

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:
  1. Download and print the Stone Return Form here
  2. Fill out the form completely and include inside your return package.
  3. Ship your return items via your preferred method to the following address:

Sorry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for beer purchased online. Please reach out if there any issues with your order that we can assist with.

HOW IS MY US ORDER SENT?

We offer 3 different shipping options for merchandise via UPS or USPS:
  • Standard Ground in Continental US (3-5 business days, not including order processing time): $10 flat rate, or free for orders of $30 or more.
  • Express (2 business days): $20 flat rate
  • Next Day Air: Based on Weight + Location (not guaranteed after 1pm PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on next business day)
Packaged beer in California, Virginia, Ohio, and D.C. is shipped via UPS and the recipient must show valid ID that they are 21 or older. Shipments within California are speedy, (1-2 business days), and shipments for Virginia, Ohio, and D.C., 3-4 business days, for orders placed Monday thru Thursday. We are not legally able to provide free shipping on orders that contain beer.
  • Standard Ground (3-5 business days, not including order processing time):
    • California: $10 flat rate
    • Virginia: $15 flat rate
    • Ohio: $15 flat rate
    • D.C.: $15 flat rate
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you directly from UPS or USPS with tracking information. In the event your order is lost or un-delivered, please contact us at ShopSupport@stonebrewing.com.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most orders are processed within 48-hours, except for orders placed after 12pm PT on Friday, or over the weekend which will be processed on Monday. Orders placed over a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Ground shipments usually takes 3- 5 business days to reach their destination anywhere in the continental U.S. The closer you are to us in California, the quicker your order will get to you.
    Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be available in your online account, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email directly from UPS or USPS with tracking information. Please check your Spam if you haven’t received this!
    If your order has not reached you in 7 business days, please contact ShopSupport@stonebrewing.com to check on the status.  We will do our best to notify you quickly of any problems we have processing your order, so please check your email before contacting us.

    WHEN WILL MY EGIFT CARD BE DELIVERED?

    When you purchase an eGift card, the gift card redemption email will be sent to your recipient within 5-15 minutes of completing purchase. 

    WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER HISTORY?

    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your online order. You will not be able to review or change your order online once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at ShopSupport@stonebrewing.com within 24-hours of placing your order and  we’ll do our best to help.

    If you created an Account, you can find your order history by going to My Account and clicking on the past orders tab. You may need to wait 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY GLASSWARE ARRIVES BROKEN?

    In the event your pints or specialty glass arrive broken, please email us at ShopSupport@stonebrewing.com to send a replacement. Please do not send us your broken glass!
